Jayna Whitt serves as Concierge Counsel for select private clients with complex issues. Her primary background is in IP licensing and patent litigation, including over 15 years of in-house experience at Apple Inc. Jayna served for over a decade at Apple as the Director of Patent Litigation and the Director of IP Transactions, where she managed the “thermonuclear” mobile wars and negotiated hundreds of patent licenses and settlements. Having served as Apple's corporate designee to testify in a number of patent litigations, she is highly qualified as an expert consultant and witness.
